EMBROIDERY

What is Embroidery?

Embroidery is the process of stitching a design onto a fabric using thread. Once a logo or design is digitized, it can be placed onto shirts, jackets, hats and even patches for more custom placement methods. You can choose various types of threads, any image, word, or shape that can be embroidered onto any material. Embroidery is often used on a variety of types of clothing for merchandise and advertisement.

Embroidery Services

The embroidery process

Once you choose your design followed by its placement and size, it will be digitized and a mockup sewout will be provided for review and approval.

Design Options

Your design can have up to 15 different colored threads. Depending on how your file is digitized for review, you can be as simple or as creative as your would like choosing from solid colored (even metallic) threads.

Threads of Choice

Our standard is polyester thread supplies for all of our produced designs. You do have the option of cotton, silk or other specialty threads such as metallic, glow-in-the-dark and threads that even change colors!

Frequently asked questions

You can add custom embroidery to a wide range of apparel, including hoodies, polo shirts, baseball caps, and custom embroidered jackets.

Yes, you can order product samples with a 20% discount and free shipping.

Before the embroidery process can begin, we need to convert your file into a format that an embroidery machine can read. This conversion is called embroidery digitization. The embroidery machines need digitized designs to recognize things like stitch type, stitch density, and thread color.

A one-time fee is charged for digitizing each new embroidery design, and the cost depends on the design type and placement.

We highly recommend PNG and PDF files. If either of these types of files cannot be provided, then we will need to create these files and a art digitizing fee will be applied to your order on top of the embroidery digitizing file.
