Consider Alternatives
Highly detailed designs with fine lines or small text

Very thin or delicate fabrics
Large all-over designs (screen printing or DTG better)
Need an alternative? For detailed artwork, try DTG or DTF printing. For bulk-orders, screen printing may be more economical.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom embroidery services.
What's the minimum order for embroidery?
There's no minimum! You can order as few as one piece. Embroidery is perfect for samples, gifts, or small team orders.
What is digitizing and why is there a fee?
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file that tells our embroidery machines exactly how to recreate your design. This one-time fee ($25) covers the skilled work of mapping thread colors, stitch types, and sequences. Once digitized, your file is stored forever—reorders have no additional digitizing cost.
What materials can you embroider on?
We can embroider on most fabrics including cotton, polyester, fleece, canvas, denim, leather, suede, nylon, and technical fabrics. Common items include polos, dress shirts, jackets, hats, bags, towels, and blankets.
How durable is embroidery?
Extremely durable. Embroidered designs are stitched directly into the fabric and will outlast the garment itself. Unlike printed designs, embroidery won't fade, crack, or peel—even after hundreds of washes.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
We have access to 150+ thread colors and offer Pantone matching to ensure your logo colors are consistent across all embroidered items. There are times where you EXACT color may not exist, but we get as close as possible, and provide a sample sew out before final production.
What's 3D Puff embroidery?
3D puff embroidery uses foam underneath the stitches to create a raised, dimensional effect. It's popular for hats and bold logos where you want extra visual impact. Not all designs are suitable for puff—we'll advise if yours is a good candidate.
Can you embroider on garments that I provide?
Yes! We can embroider on customer-supplied garments and items (subject to inspection for suitability). We can also source garments for you at competitive prices. * There is a small additional handling fee for customer provided garments.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from art approval. Rush orders are available—just let us know your deadline when requesting a quote.
