Put Your Design on Apparel
Use our Product Designer to order shirts, hats, bags and more with your design. Using the best high-quality products for merchandise, reunions, parties and promotional products.
Your design is printed in full color onto a special film using specialized DTF inks. This allows for unlimited colors, fine details, and photographic reproduction.
Step 2: Powder Adhesive Application
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink, then cured to create a transfer that bonds permanently to fabric when heat-pressed.
Step 3: Transfer & Heat Press
The printed film is positioned on your garment and heat-pressed, transferring the design from film to fabric. The adhesive bonds the ink permanently into the material.
Step 4: Peel & Quality Control
Once cooled, the film backing is peeled away, leaving a vibrant, durable print with a soft hand feel. Every piece is inspected before packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does DTF printing take in Colorado Springs?
24-48 Hours if you are just ordering individual prints or Gang Sheets.
What’s the minimum order for DTF printing?
No minimum. Order one item or one hundred—we handle both with the same quality.
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF, is otherwise known as Direct To Film. This printing technique involves printing any design and color directly onto a film and then transferring it to any material such as cotton, polyester and linen with a simple 15 second heat press.
What kind of press do I need?
You can use the iron you have lying around your house or an industrial level heat press or anything in between. Learn more on our How to Press page.
How do I care for DTF printed items?
Wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Proper care ensures long-lasting prints.
What file format do you need for screen printing?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best because they scale without losing quality. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI minimum) also work well. If you only have a low-resolution logo or a JPG from your website, send it anyway—we can often recreate it as a vector or advise on the best approach.
What sizes are available?
We have sizes from 2" X 2" to 24" X 300 feet
How does DTF compare to DTG printing?
DTF works on any fabric (especially polyester), while DTG works best on cotton. DTF also produces slightly more vibrant colors on dark fabrics. We’ll recommend the best method for your specific material and design.
Do you offer design services?
Absolutely! Our team can help refine existing artwork or create designs from scratch.
Do you ship, or is pickup available?
Both! We ship orders anywhere in the United States, and local Colorado Springs clients are welcome to pick up orders at our facility. We’ll coordinate the option that works best for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does custom screen printing take in Colorado Springs?
Typical turnaround is 7-10 business days for decorated apparel. Rush orders available for tight deadlines.
What’s the minimum order for DTF printing?
No minimum. Order one item or one hundred—we handle both with the same quality.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Absolutely. Provide us with Pantone color codes, and we’ll mix inks to match precisely. Don’t have Pantone numbers? Send us a sample of your existing branded materials, and we’ll color-match by eye—a skill our team has perfected over years of experience.
Can DTF print on 100% polyester?
Yes! DTF is actually ideal for polyester and polyester blends—materials that DTG can’t handle well.
Can you handle large orders for retail or distribution?
Absolutely. Our in-house logistics specialists manage large-quantity production runs and can coordinate retail-ready packaging, labeling, and distribution. Whether you need 500 pieces or 5,000, we have the capacity and expertise to deliver.
Can you print photographs with DTF?
Absolutely. DTF handles full-color photographic images, gradients, and fine details beautifully.
What’s the difference between DTF and vinyl?
DTF produces full-color, photographic-quality prints with a soft feel. Vinyl is limited to solid colors and can feel stiff or plasticky. DTF is more versatile and comfortable.

Do you provide the shirts, or do I need to supply them?
We can do either! Most clients prefer we source the garments because we have relationships with major suppliers and can get better pricing than retail. However, we can print on customer-supplied items (subject to inspection).
